What is your return policy?
All physical items can be returned if it is unused. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
Non-refundable items:
- Clearance items (items purchased through a discount code or sale throughout the shop can be refunded. You will be refunded at that sale price)
- Digital products
- Free products
How do I return an item?
In order to start the return process, email thesteadfastlife@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Shipping
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 7-14 days for processing and shipping. Don't forget all items are coming from Hawaii! :)
Will my entire order ship together?
Ready made orders will ship together (stickers, notepads, gift bundles).
*Pleae note: if you purchase a mug with other items, the mug will be shipped separately due to the process it takes to make them.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of order. Please note these items are shipping from Hawaii.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What shipping method do you offer?
USPS Priority (7-14 day processes/shipping).
How should I report a missing package/damaged item?
For missing orders, please email thesteadfastlife@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For damaged items, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it along with your order number to thesteadfastlife@gmail.com.
